She is an entrepreneurial Equity Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) leader, founder, board member, and charity trustee with experience in complex, multinational environments across six continents in Consumer, Manufacturing, Technology, Travel and Financial Services. as well as being one of the youngest women ever to join the executive leadership team of a FTSE 250 company.
