In this episode of the HR Leaders podcast I'm joined by Felizitas Lichtenberg to discuss the biggest challenges facing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, as well as how SumUp link their DE&I and ESG strategies to support education for unemployed youth and minority groups and her top advice for DE&I Leaders entering the role for the first time.

Felizitas Lichtenberg is the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion (and working on Sustainability) at SumUp. She is an expert in systemic transactional analysis and change management. She has Eurasian roots and lived in Germany, USA, France and UK. Felizitas has a commercial background and experience in driving diversity and inclusion on a local and global level at Vodafone and most recently SumUp.
