In this episode of the HR Leaders podcast, I'm joined by Josephine Berisha to discuss how to build a winning people strategy with data and creativity.

Josephine is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at XPO Logistics, and holds a background as an HR Leader with more than two decades of senior experience creating compensation programs for multi-billion-dollar, global enterprises. She joined XPO Logistics from Morgan Stanley, where she served as head of compensation for over 55,000 employees in 43 countries. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from New York University and a master's degree in organisational psychology from Columbia University.
