In this episode of the HR Leaders podcast, I'm joined by Tanmay Manohar, Vice President, People Analytics & Workforce Planning at Paramount, to discuss how Paramount are using VR for DE&I training.

Tanmay became the youngest corporate VP at Paramount at the time of his promotion to his current role, VP of People Analytics & Workforce Planning. Prior to founding the People Analytics function at Paramount, he was previously Director of Data Strategy within the Data Strategy Center of Excellence at Viacom. He finished his MBA at the Yale School of Management in May 2016 with a functional focus in marketing strategy and social psychology and an industry focus in the media and entertainment space, which he absolutely loves.
